退款政策
年付有冷静期，月付可随时取消；中国区一次性通行证按未使用情况处理。有订单问题请邮件联系，我们尽快处理。
Refund Policy
Annual plans have a cooling-off window, monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, and China one-time passes are handled by unused time. Email us for order issues.
1. 年付订阅
- 14 天无理由退款：首次购买年付 Pro / Max 后 14 天内，可申请全额退款。
- 超过 14 天，年付当期一般不退，但可随时取消自动续费，权益用至当期结束。
- 若因忘记取消导致年付续费，可在续费后 14 天内联系我们；若新周期几乎未使用付费权益，我们可全额退还该笔续费。
2. 月付订阅
- 可随时取消，当期结束后不再扣款；已开始的月份一般不退。
- 若因我方故障导致服务在当月实质不可用，可申请退还或抵扣该月费用。
3. 中国区一次性 365 天通行证
- 该产品不自动续费，权益自支付成功或激活日起持续 365 天，期满自动结束。
- 首次购买后 14 天内，如未实质使用付费权益，可申请全额退款；超过 14 天一般不退。
- 重复扣款、支付差错，或因我们可控制的运营决定在有效期内永久关闭服务时，核实后可全额或按未使用剩余天数比例退款/提供等值权益。不可抗力、法律强制或支付网络限制下，按适用法律和实际情况处理。
4. 试用
限时试用通常无需预留支付方式，试用结束自动回到 Free，不产生扣款，故无「试用退款」。
5. 重复扣款与差错
重复扣款或与展示价格不符的账单，核实后全额退回。
6. 如何申请
- 发邮件至 contact@ailatest.org，主题写「退款申请」。
- 写明注册邮箱与订单号（支付方收据上）。
- 我们通常 2 个工作日内确认；批准后退回原支付方式，到账时间取决于银行（常见 5–10 个工作日）。
7. 法定权利
本政策不限制你所在地消费者保护法赋予的不可放弃权利。方案说明见 订阅页。
1. Annual subscriptions
- 14-day money-back: first annual Pro / Max purchase may be fully refunded within 14 days.
- After 14 days, the current annual period is generally non-refundable; you can cancel renewal and keep access until period end.
- If an annual renewal charged because you forgot to cancel, contact us within 14 days of renewal—if paid features saw no material use, we refund that renewal in full.
2. Monthly subscriptions
- Cancel anytime; access continues to month end. Started months are generally not refunded.
- If a fault on our side made the Service substantially unusable that month, we refund or credit it.
3. China one-time 365-day passes
- This product does not renew automatically. Access lasts 365 days from successful payment or activation and then expires.
- Within 14 days of the first purchase, you may request a full refund if paid features were not materially used; after 14 days it is generally non-refundable.
- Duplicate charges, payment errors, or a permanent closure caused by an operational decision within our control during the paid term may receive a full or pro-rata refund for unused time, or equivalent credit after verification. Force majeure, legal compulsion and payment-network limits are handled as permitted by applicable law and the circumstances.
4. Trials
Trials typically require no payment method and drop to Free without a charge—nothing to refund.
5. Billing errors
Duplicate charges or amounts that don’t match the listed price are refunded in full after verification.
6. How to request
- Email contact@ailatest.org with subject “Refund request”.
- Include account email and order number from the receipt.
- We confirm within ~2 business days; approved refunds return to the original method (banks often take 5–10 business days).
7. Statutory rights
Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights. Plans: Pricing.
