Terms of Service
By using AILatest Journal (site, extension and accounts) you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. 服务说明
AILatest Journal（journal.ailatest.org）提供学术期刊检索、评级与元数据对照、收藏同步、浏览器插件徽章与 AI 荐刊等功能。数据来自公开来源与官方发布，仅供参考，不构成投稿保证。
2. 账号
- 你可通过邮箱验证码或第三方登录注册，并妥善保管账号。
- 你须提供真实可用信息，并满 16 周岁（或所在地法定最低年龄）。
- 我们可对滥用、爬取、转售访问或安全风险账号暂停或终止服务。
3. 订阅与计费
- 核心网站检索长期免费。Pro / Max 等付费档位通过安全收银台（Merchant of Record）结算。英文界面可提供月付或年付，具体是否续费以结账页为准；中国区中文界面提供一次性 365 天通行证，不自动续费，期满即结束。
- 一次性通行证自支付成功或权益激活之日起计算 365 天。价格、权益、有效期以购买时的订阅页与收据为准。
- 教育价需使用符合规则的机构邮箱登录验证。
- 退款规则见 退款政策。
4. 合理使用
禁止批量抓取或再分发本站数据集、绕过额度与访问控制、破坏服务安全，或用于违法用途。
5. 服务变更、中止与不可抗力
- 为维护安全、遵守法律、应对第三方数据或支付/托管服务变化，或因运营成本长期不可持续，我们可能调整、暂停或停止部分功能或整个服务；在可行时会提前公告并提供数据导出或迁移提示。
- 自然灾害、战争、疫情、政府措施、网络或电力故障、攻击事件，以及支付、云服务或数据供应商中断等超出合理控制范围的事件，属于不可抗力或第三方原因。我们不保证服务始终不中断或第三方数据始终可用、准确。
- 如因我们可控制的运营决定而在已付费期限结束前永久关闭服务，通常会按未使用的剩余期限提供按比例退款或等值权益；不可抗力、法律强制或支付网络限制下，在适用法律允许范围内按实际情况处理。
6. 第三方数据与知识产权
期刊评级与商标归各发布机构所有；本站不隶属于这些机构。软件与界面归我们所有。你提交的笔记等内容仍归你所有，但授权我们为提供服务而存储与处理。
7. AI 功能
AI 荐刊与相关输出仅为辅助决策，可能不准确；投稿前请核对官方信息。付费 AI 额度可能按 credits 计量。
8. 免责与责任限制
服务按「现状」提供。在法律允许范围内，我们对间接损失不承担责任；对任一索赔的总责任不超过你过去 12 个月向我们支付的费用（若未付费则为 10 美元）。
9. 变更与联系
我们可能更新本条款；重大变更会在站内提示。继续使用即视为接受。问题请发 contact@ailatest.org 或 联系页。中英文不一致时，以中文版为准（面向中文用户界面）。
1. The Service
AILatest Journal provides journal search, public ratings/metadata, favorites sync, browser-extension badges and AI-assisted journal matching. Data is compiled from public/official sources for reference only and is not a submission guarantee.
2. Accounts
- Register with email codes or third-party sign-in and keep credentials secure.
- Provide accurate information; you must be at least 16 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
- We may suspend accounts for abuse, scraping, reselling access or security risk.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Core website search remains free. Paid plans (Pro / Max) are billed via a secure Merchant of Record. The English UI may offer monthly or annual recurring plans as shown at checkout; the Chinese UI offers a one-time 365-day pass with no automatic renewal.
- A one-time pass runs for 365 days from successful payment or activation. The price, features and expiry shown at purchase and on the receipt control.
- Education pricing requires a verified institutional email.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not bulk-scrape or redistribute our datasets, bypass quotas/controls, attack security, or use the Service unlawfully.
5. Changes, suspension & force majeure
- We may change, suspend or retire features or the Service to maintain security, comply with law, respond to third-party data/payment/hosting changes, or address persistently unsustainable operating costs. Where feasible, we will give notice and provide data-export or migration guidance.
- Natural disasters, war, epidemics, government action, network or power failures, attacks, and outages of payment, cloud or data providers are events beyond reasonable control. We do not promise uninterrupted Service or continuously available or accurate third-party data.
- If we permanently close for an operational decision within our control before a paid period ends, we will generally offer a pro-rata refund or equivalent credit for unused time. For force majeure, legal compulsion or payment-network limits, remedies are handled as permitted by applicable law.
6. Third-party data & IP
Rating systems and trademarks belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with them. Our software and UI are ours. You keep ownership of content you submit and grant us a licence to store/process it to run the Service.
7. AI features
AI outputs are decision aids and may be incomplete—verify official sources before submission. Paid AI may be metered by credits.
8. Disclaimer & liability
Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages; aggregate liability is capped at amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months (or USD 10 if none).
9. Changes & contact
